Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking & Securities (Boston)

Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston finance and securities practice. The role will focus on capital markets and complex financing transactions, advising issuers, underwriters and lenders across public and private offerings.

The successful candidate will help grow the practice in Boston, lead client engagements, and work closely with cross-office teams on high‑value matters. This is a rainmaking position with opportunities to originate and oversee matters and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level capital markets and finance transactional experience
• Strong track record of originating and leading matters and developing client relationships
• Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice in Massachusetts
