Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking — Washington, D.C.

Established finance and banking partner opportunity with a leading international law firm. The role will focus on advising lenders and borrowers on complex financing matters, including syndicated loans and secured financings, for clients across the United States and internationally.

The office operates on a location‑agnostic basis; flexible arrangements will be considered. Candidates will be evaluated on experience, client relationships and fee‑earning capacity.

• Senior partner with a demonstrable finance and banking practice.
• Proven track record leading syndicated and bilateral lending transactions and related documentation.
• Portable client relationships and business development capability preferred.
• Admission to a relevant U.S. bar and ability to work on matters across U.S. jurisdictions.
