Senior lateral partner opportunity in Frankfurt for a lawyer with an established finance and corporate practice. The role will lead cross-border and domestic corporate and private equity matters, working with a broad roster of corporate and sponsor-side clients.

The team handles private equity and venture capital transactions alongside financing work; the successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, grow a transaction-oriented practice and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of ‚¬400$“500k
• Established partner-level experience in private equity, venture capital or corporate finance transactions
• Proven track record leading deal teams and originating work
