Top-tier national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Energy practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on project finance and renewable energy transactions across the development and financing lifecycle.

The successful candidate will lead complex financings, advise sponsors and lenders, and work with cross-office teams on energy and infrastructure matters. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to build and deepen a portable practice within a busy platform.

Established partner-level experience in project finance and renewable energy transactions.
Proven track record advising sponsors, lenders or other project stakeholders on complex financings.
Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred; ability to originate and develop business.
Licensed to practice in California (or eligible for admission) and able to work from the Los Angeles office.
