Established partner-level experience in finance and project finance, preferably with renewable energy matters.
Demonstrable client origination and a portable practice or proven business development record.
Track record of managing transactions and supervising junior lawyers.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
