Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established energy and environmental practice in Tampa. The role focuses on client-facing regulatory and transactional work across the energy sector, including matters involving environmental compliance and permitting.

Ideal candidates will have substantial partner-level experience working on EPA/regulatory issues or similar state and federal environmental matters. The team values candidates who can lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, with a strong regulatory background (EPA or equivalent)
Proven ability to originate and manage client matters and supervise teams
Licensed to practice in Florida or ability to obtain admission
Business development capability; portable practice or track record of generating revenue preferred
