We are seeking a lateral partner to join a national law firm’s Finance & Insurance practice in Indianapolis. The role focuses on advising corporate and institutional clients on a range of financing and insurance-related matters, leading deal execution and commercial legal work.

The successful candidate will build and lead client relationships, supervise and mentor deal teams, and work closely with colleagues across offices to grow the practice. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is welcome.

Partner-level experience in finance and/or insurance transactions or related regulatory matters
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Proven track record of client relationship development and team leadership
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; ability to work cross-office on complex matters
