Seeking a partner to join a busy Orlando practice handling both complex finance transactions and patent litigation. The role combines leveraged/structured finance work with trial-focused intellectual property litigation, working on high-value matters for corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead matters, supervise junior lawyers, and actively develop and manage client relationships. This is a partner-level opportunity where a portable practice or book of business is welcome and will be supported.

Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and finance transactions (leveraged/structured finance preferred)
Proven trial and/or litigation management experience
Demonstrated business development and client relationship skills; portable practice welcomed
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Orlando office
