Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office to grow and lead work across healthcare and education sectors. The role will focus on advising institutions, providers and life-sciences organizations on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters within those industries.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable practice or demonstrated business-generation ability and will collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex, client-facing matters. The position is open to candidates nationwide and offers a senior platform to expand sector-focused client relationships.

Established partner-level experience advising healthcare and/or education clients; experience with life‑sciences clients a plus
Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships or a portable practice
Strong regulatory, compliance and transactional experience relevant to the industries
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across practices
Bar admission in California or willingness to obtain admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
