Partner-level experience in healthcare, life sciences or education law
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Strong regulatory, transactional and/or compliance background relevant to the sectors
Admission to a U.S. bar and ability to service clients in the Providence market and nationally
