Lateral Partner, Healthcare & IP Litigation — Houston

Senior partner-level opportunity with a full-service law firm seeking a lead lawyer to expand a healthcare-focused intellectual property and litigation practice in Houston. The role combines IP litigation, life-sciences counseling, and healthcare industry matters, and will sit within an established team handling nationally scoped matters.

The successful candidate will lead complex patent and IP disputes, advise life-sciences and healthcare clients on risk and strategy, and develop new business across the region. This is a hands-on role with client-facing responsibility and practice-building expectations.

• Proven partner-level IP litigation experience, including patent litigation and appellate work
• Deep knowledge of healthcare and life-sciences sector issues and related regulatory considerations
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading trial teams
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
