Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy healthcare litigation team in Fresno. The role focuses on defending and advising healthcare providers and life sciences clients in regulatory, professional liability, and related dispute matters.

The team handles a broad mix of contested matters; the position offers leadership responsibility on cases, client development, and mentoring junior lawyers. The hiring firm is a well-established national practice with regional presence.

Portable client relationships and an established book of business are welcome and will be a key part of the consideration for this opening.

Established partner with significant experience in healthcare litigation and related regulatory matters
Proven trial and/or dispositive motion experience preferred, with strong courtroom and client-facing skills
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow business in the region
Licensed to practice in California (or willing to obtain admission) and able to work from the Fresno office
