Leading international law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to strengthen and grow its healthcare practice in Nashville. The role is client-facing and will handle counseling, regulatory matters, and transactions across the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

The partner will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams (e.g., regulatory, transactions, reimbursement) on regional and national matters, lead business development efforts, and mentor junior lawyers in the office.

Candidates with a portable healthcare practice or demonstrable client origination are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients (regulatory, transactional, compliance or related matters)
Proven business development and client relationship capabilities; portable practice helpful
Experience leading teams and mentoring associates
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
