Lateral Partner inance & Insurance Wilmington

Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington office to lead and grow a cross-practice finance and insurance offering. The role focuses on transactional and advisory work at the intersection of finance and insurance, advising corporate and institutional clients.

Work will cover a broad range of finance matters and insurance-related commercial matters; the firm is not seeking coverage or defense-side insurance litigation work. The partner will join an existing team and be expected to originate business, develop client relationships, and collaborate across offices.

• Partner-level experience in finance transactions and insurance-related commercial matters
• Proven track record of client origination and business development
• Strong technical skills in financing structures and related regulatory considerations
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
