Senior-level opening for an insolvency and restructuring leader to join a well-regarded Canadian firm’s Ottawa office. The role will involve managing a broad slate of insolvency matters, with responsibility for both litigation and transactional work across the insolvency spectrum.

We are seeking a commercially minded, entrepreneurial practitioner who can develop and grow a client base and contribute to practice development. Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience on debtor-side mandates, though well-rounded insolvency experience is valued.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record managing insolvency matters, including litigation and transactional files
Comfortable across advisory, restructuring and contentious aspects of insolvency practice
Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite to originate and develop client relationships; preference for debtor-side experience
