Lateral Partner — Insolvency & Restructuring, Ottawa

Senior hire for an established Ottawa practice seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand insolvency and restructuring work. The role involves managing a full spectrum of assignments — litigation, transactional and advisory — with a particular preference for professionals experienced on the debtor side.

• Proven insolvency & restructuring experience across litigation and transactional matters.
