Established partner with a proven IP practice focused on patents and trademarks
Experience handling infringement disputes and IP enforcement strategies
Demonstrable business development skills and capacity to bring or grow client relationships
Licensed to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions; technical background or patent prosecution experience preferred
