Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate, Houston

Seeking a senior partner to join a well-established US practice to lead and expand integrated intellectual property and corporate work out of the Houston office. The role will combine client-facing deal work with management of matter teams and cross-practice collaboration.

The successful candidate will be expected to drive business development, deepen client relationships, and mentor associates while handling complex IP and corporate matters for commercial clients across relevant industries.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established IP and corporate partner track record with demonstrable client origination and relationship management experience
• Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in Texas
• Proven ability to lead teams and contribute to business development initiatives
