Leading regional law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property practice in Lansing. The role will involve steering client engagements across patent, trademark and related IP matters, working with a team of experienced litigators and transactional lawyers.

The ideal candidate will help grow and shape the IP practice, take a leadership role on matters and contribute to business development. This is an opportunity to join a respected firm with an established client base and platform for expanding a portable practice.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in intellectual property law (prosecution, litigation or counseling).
Track record of leading matters and supervising teams.
Proven business development ability; a portable practice or potential to bring/expand client relationships is welcome.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
