Leading national law firm platform is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Intellectual Property litigation and corporate capabilities in Denver. The role will focus on high-value IP litigation and related corporate governance matters, working with an established national team and cross-office colleagues.

Ideal candidates will have an established litigation and IP practice, experience leading matters and teams, and a track record of developing client relationships. The firm offers a collaborative environment and flexibility to work with other offices across the platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent/IP litigation
• Proven client development and matter leadership skills
