Leading national/international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Fort Lauderdale office to lead and grow a patent litigation practice. The role focuses on managing complex patent litigation matters across technology sectors, leading trial teams and supervising associates.

The successful candidate will run a portable practice, develop business, and collaborate with cross‑office litigation and IP teams. This is a senior role with significant client-facing responsibility and firm leadership opportunities.

Established partner with substantial patent litigation experience (trial and pretrial practice)
Proven track record of client development and ability to bring a portable practice or client relationships
Experience managing teams and mentoring associates on complex IP litigation matters
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Florida) and eligibility to practice in federal courts
