The team handles complex patent, trademark, and trade‑secret matters for sophisticated corporate clients. The firm is looking for a partner with an established, portable IP litigation practice and a demonstrated track record of client development and matter leadership.

• Partner-level experience in intellectual property litigation (patent, trademark, or trade‑secret matters)
• Proven trial and dispositive-motion experience and ability to manage complex litigation matters
• Demonstrated client development skills and an established, portable practice
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in federal courts
