Leading international law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its San Francisco Intellectual Property and Litigation team. The role focuses on patent litigation and complex IP disputes across U.S. district courts and the ITC, leading matters from complaint through trial and appeals.

The partner will manage and grow a team of litigators, take primary responsibility for client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts. The firm is looking for a proven trial lawyer with a portable practice or demonstrated ability to bring and expand client engagements.

Juris Doctor and active bar admission (California preferred)
Established patent/IP litigation practice with significant courtroom and motion practice experience
Proven client-development track record and experience managing a portable practice or book of business
Experience supervising associates and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., technical experts, e-discovery)
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and familiarity with federal litigation procedures
