An established lateral partner opportunity with a leading international law firm in San Francisco. The role focuses on intellectual property disputes and patent prosecution work across technology-driven matters, leading complex litigation and managing related prosecution strategies.

The partner will lead and build a team, take ownership of major client relationships, and collaborate with national and international colleagues on cross-border IP matters. The firm is seeking a partner with a demonstrable record of handling patent litigation and prosecution and the ability to originate and grow work.

• Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution.
• Track record of leading litigation teams and managing complex IP matters.
• Strong client-development ability and an established portable practice or demonstrable client relationships.
• Active bar admission and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
