Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property & Litigation — San Francisco

Senior IP partner opportunity in San Francisco focused on both patent prosecution and contentious matters. The role will combine leadership on high-stakes patent litigation with oversight of prosecution workflows and strategy for sophisticated technology clients.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic IP team and will be expected to manage and grow client relationships, lead case teams in court and at the USPTO, and collaborate with trial and patent counsel across offices.

This is a partner-level opening for an experienced rainmaker who can both deliver technically rigorous advocacy and expand the practice's commercial footprint in the Bay Area technology sector.
