Leading US litigation practice seeks an experienced IP litigation partner to join its Washington D.C. office. The role focuses on high-stakes patent and IP disputes across district courts and the Federal Circuit, handling complex fact patterns and coordinated litigation strategies.

Partner will lead case teams, manage e-discovery and expert programs, and work closely with clients on litigation strategy and risk management. The position also involves active participation in business development and cross-practice collaboration on technology-related matters.

• Proven track record in patent/IP litigation at trial and appeals levels
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
