Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in IP litigation (patent, trademark, trade secret or related matters), courtroom and deposition experience, and proven ability to originate and grow client work. The team handles matters across industries and collaborates with transactional and regulatory colleagues when disputes intersect other practice areas.
- Established partner with significant IP litigation experience (patent, trademark, trade secret, or similar).
- Demonstrated trial and appellate experience and ability to manage complex litigation teams.
- Portable book of business and proven business development capabilities.
- Active bar admission and excellent client relationship, communication, and leadership skills.
