Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property, San Francisco

Highly regarded litigation-focused firm in San Francisco is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Intellectual Property litigation practice. The role emphasizes courtroom experience, client leadership and expanding a high-value IP litigation book.

Successful candidates will join an established, litigation-first platform and work on high-stakes patent and other IP disputes across federal courts. The team values trial experience, business development capability, and an ability to supervise and mentor associates.

• Established partner with substantial IP litigation experience, including federal court and trial work
• Proven record of client development and a portable book of business or demonstrable revenue-generating relationships
• Strong advocacy and case management skills; experience supervising teams and developing junior lawyers
• Bar admission in California (or willingness to obtain) and excellent professional references
