Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York IP litigation group with a focus on healthcare and life sciences matters. The role will handle high‑stakes patent and related IP disputes for clients across the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a busy litigation practice, working with cross‑functional teams on complex technical and regulatory issues. There is an expectation of business development and building client relationships; candidates with a portable practice are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with substantial experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent disputes
Significant experience advising or litigating matters for healthcare and life sciences clients
Proven record of leading teams and managing complex, high‑value cases
Track record of originating or developing client relationships and business development capability
Admission to the New York bar (or qualified to admit and able to obtain admission)
