Lateral Partner — Leveraged & Structured Finance, Washington, D.C.

Experienced finance partner sought to join a well-established practice in Washington, D.C., focused on leveraged finance and structured finance transactions. The role offers responsibility for leading complex financings, managing deal teams and cultivating client relationships across sponsor-backed and corporate transactions.

Candidates will join a national/international corporate finance platform and collaborate with experienced cross‑practice teams. The position is suited to lawyers with an established, portable practice who can immediately contribute fee‑generating work and business development capability.

• Established partner-level experience advising on leveraged and structured finance transactions
• Proven ability to lead deal teams and manage complex financings from negotiation through closing
• Demonstrable client development record; a portable practice or clear origination pipeline preferred
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Washington, D.C., or willingness to become admitted
