Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago litigation team, with a primary focus on antitrust and patent litigation matters. The role will handle complex commercial disputes across life sciences, technology and private equity‑related matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi‑disciplinary practice that collaborates across offices on high‑stakes cases and appeals. This position offers leadership responsibility on major matters and the opportunity to grow a portable practice within an open compensation framework.

Partner or senior partner with substantial litigation experience, including patent and antitrust litigation
Track record handling life sciences and/or technology disputes and private equity‑related antitrust matters
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and ability to lead teams on complex cases
Portable book of business and business development capability
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or able to become licensed
