Lateral Partner — Litigation, Antitrust & Competition, and IP — Dallas

An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas office, working across litigation, antitrust and competition, and intellectual property matters. The role offers a collaborative platform with strong cross-practice integration, allowing the successful candidate to serve clients at the intersection of complex commercial disputes, competition law, and technology-driven patent litigation.

The position is well suited to a partner with an active practice and a demonstrated ability to originate and manage significant matters. Key industry focus areas include private equity, life sciences and technology, and energy.

The firm operates an open compensation system, and this opportunity provides a strong foundation for a partner looking to grow a portable practice within a supportive and dynamic environment.

• Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (Texas preferred)
• Significant experience in litigation, antitrust and competition, and/or intellectual property matters
• Demonstrated track record in patent litigation with a focus on life sciences and technology is advantageous
• Experience with antitrust matters tied to private equity is a plus
• Strong academic credentials and excellent advocacy, research, and writing skills
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
