Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate, Charleston

Lead hire to build and market a cross-practice litigation and corporate technology offering from the Charleston office. The role combines commercial litigation work with transactional matters in fintech, cyber security and regulated technology sectors.

The partner will advise on M&A and corporate governance matters involving technology and fintech clients, while also handling technology-related disputes and regulatory issues. The position involves business development across the U.S., with a particular emphasis on West Coast clients.

• Established partner with a strong track record in litigation and corporate work involving fintech, cyber security, or technology companies
• Proven client origination and relationship-management capabilities
• Experience advising on M&A and corporate governance matters for technology-focused businesses
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
