Partner, Litigation & Employment (Charleston)

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Charleston litigation team. The role will focus on commercial litigation with significant work across employment & labor, healthcare-related matters, professional liability, and construction disputes.

The successful candidate will handle trial and pre-trial litigation, lead client engagements, and help grow the local practice by developing new business and expanding client relationships. This is a senior role with responsibility for originating work and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in commercial litigation, including employment/labor and healthcare or construction matters
• Significant trial and courtroom experience preferred
• Demonstrable business development skills and client origination
• Bar admission in South Carolina or willingness to seek admission
