A growing national litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Charleston office to lead and expand litigation and securities-related matters. The role will involve handling complex commercial disputes, securities enforcement and defense, and government or white-collar investigations on behalf of corporate clients.

The office offers an established platform and support team while providing substantial autonomy to build and manage a portable practice. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for originating and developing business and leading trial and regulatory matters.

Established partner-level litigation background with significant experience in securities matters and white-collar or government investigations.
Track record of leading trials, hearings, and regulatory responses; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
Ability and willingness to develop or bring a portable practice and to originate business.
Experienced working with corporate clients and managing small to large litigation teams.
