Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate, Los Angeles

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an integrated commercial litigation and corporate practice in the Los Angeles office of a leading international law firm. The role will combine high-value commercial disputes with transactional work, advising clients across regulated and commercial sectors.

The group is prioritizing team or multi-lawyer hires to scale both litigation capacity and transactional volume; candidates with an established, portable practice and a track record of originating and retaining significant client work will be given priority. Sector experience relevant to the role includes life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and automotive.

• Established partner with substantial experience in commercial litigation and transactional M&A.
• Proven record of originating and managing high-value matters and client relationships.
• Preference for team hires or partners able to bring a portable practice; ability to integrate and grow a client base.
• Strong leadership and business development skills; history of mentoring and building teams.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
