Experienced trial and transactional partner sought for a leading international firm’s Los Angeles office. The role combines high-value commercial litigation work with significant corporate transactional matters, supporting cross-border engagements across multiple U.S. markets and Europe.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a team-focused practice, work with clients across regulated and commercial sectors (including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive), and help expand the office’s transactional and litigation capacity.

• Established partner with a proven track record in commercial litigation and corporate transactions
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and originate cross-border matters
• Experience advising clients in regulated and commercial sectors (e.g. life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
