Senior partner-level opportunity in a national law firm seeking a leader to build and lead cross-practice work at the intersection of litigation, corporate M&A and technology. The role will focus on fintech, cybersecurity and corporate governance matters, combining transactional and contentious work for regional and national clients.

Ideal candidates will have an established client network, experience originating and managing matters in both litigation and corporate contexts, and the ability to collaborate across technology and industry-focused teams. This position offers a platform to grow a technology-focused practice from a major office in Nashville.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level background in litigation and corporate transactions, with fintech or cybersecurity experience
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and business development
• Bar admission and substantial experience practicing in the U.S.; experience leading teams on cross-practice matters
