The firm is looking for a partner with a portable practice who can originate and manage client relationships, supervise teams on complex disputes and deals, and develop business within the technology and fintech sectors.

Established partner with significant experience in technology-related litigation and corporate transactions.
Proven track record advising fintech and cyber security clients on disputes and M&A or related corporate matters.
Ability to originate and grow client relationships; experience supervising associates and managing matter budgets.
Bar admission and credentials appropriate for senior partner role in the jurisdiction.
