Leading US law firm seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Irvine office to lead and grow contentious practices. The role focuses on commercial and professional liability litigation with substantial work in employment, healthcare-related disputes, and construction matters.

The successful candidate will take ownership of client relationships, supervise litigation teams, and work closely with practice leaders on business development and strategy. This is an opportunity to join an established, national practice while building a portable practice in the region.

Established litigation partner with a strong background in employment and commercial/professional liability matters
Track record of supervising teams and managing complex litigation matters from intake through trial
Proven client development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable origination history preferred
Licensed to practice in California (or eligible for admission) and able to work from the Irvine office
