Experienced trial lawyer sought to lead and grow a litigation and labor & employment practice in the firm's Raleigh office. The role will oversee complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability and industry-related matters (including healthcare and construction disputes).

The partner will supervise and mentor junior lawyers, serve as a trial team lead, and work closely with practice leaders on client strategy and matter staffing. Strong courtroom experience and the ability to handle high-stakes disputes are essential.

Business development is a key element of the role; candidates with an established client base or demonstrable ability to originate and expand work in the region are encouraged to apply.

Admission to practice in North Carolina (or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission)
Proven track record in complex commercial litigation and employment law, including courtroom/trial experience
Experience handling matters involving professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage matters and contribute to business development; portable client relationships or a record of origination a plus
