Established US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Raleigh litigation team with a strong securities and white‑collar defense practice. The role will handle complex commercial and regulatory disputes for corporate clients, working collaboratively with national and regional trial teams.

The position offers leadership of matter teams, responsibility for driving client relationships, and opportunities to develop a portable practice in the securities and white‑collar defense space. The team provides deep trial and regulatory experience and works across a range of industries.

Proven partner‑level litigation experience, with significant securities and/or white‑collar criminal defense matters.
Track record of leading trial teams and managing complex civil and regulatory litigation.
Strong client development skills; portable book of business welcome and will be considered.
Bar admission and ability to practice in North Carolina; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
