Established national law firm is seeking an experienced litigation partner to lead and grow its Los Angeles trusts and estates litigation practice. The role combines courtroom and contested probate experience with client-facing estate planning dispute work.

The partner will handle complex fiduciary and trust disputes, supervise associates, and work closely with transactional estate planning colleagues when matters have overlapping issues. A portable practice and demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships are welcomed.

Experienced litigation partner with significant trusts & estates / fiduciary dispute background
Proven trial and/or dispositive-motion experience in probate or trust litigation
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable book of business a plus
Ability to supervise and mentor associates and collaborate across practices
Active bar admission in California
