Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office to strengthen an active litigation and trusts & estates practice. This role will handle complex contested and non-contested matters across probate, trust disputes, and related commercial litigation.

The partner will lead matters, manage and develop a team of associates, and work closely with clients on strategy and dispute resolution. The firm welcomes candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable business-development track record.

Admission to the California bar and in good standing
Partner-level experience handling trust & estate matters and related litigation
Proven client-development ability; portable business welcomed
Track record of leading teams, supervising associates, and managing complex matters
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
