Senior litigation partner role in a major national firm seeking a lead trial lawyer to grow and manage a litigation practice in Dallas. The position focuses on healthcare-related defense matters (including managed care and FCA defense) and complex business litigation arising from technology issues.

The role requires handling high-stakes disputes involving artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency matters, while developing client relationships and expanding the regional practice. You will mentor junior lawyers and work cross-practice with healthcare and technology teams.

Proven trial and appellate experience in complex commercial and healthcare litigation
Experience defending False Claims Act (FCA) and managed-care matters
Comfort handling technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency)
Strong client-development and team leadership skills; ability to grow a regional practice
Bar admission in Texas or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
