Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Atlanta office to lead and grow patent litigation matters within a busy litigation and intellectual property practice. The role offers a platform to handle high‑value patent disputes and work collaboratively with finance and banking specialists on cross‑practice matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain client relationships, originate work, and play a visible business‑development and client‑service role in the Atlanta market and nationally.

• Established track record in patent litigation at partner level
• Demonstrable business development and client relationship skills
• Experience collaborating on cross‑practice matters with finance and banking teams
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to practice in Georgia
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
