An established firm seeks a lateral partner to anchor a contentious-side practice in its Dallas office, spanning complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and antitrust and competition matters.

The role is industry-facing. The team regularly advises in private equity, life sciences, and technology settings, with patent litigation experience and data protection and privacy issues frequently intersecting with broader disputes and competition work.

This is a genuine partner-level building opportunity: a platform for an attorney with an existing client following to grow a practice within an integrated, multi-disciplinary group while serving clients across Texas and nationally.

• Partner-level attorney with a substantial litigation practice
• Demonstrated experience in intellectual property and/or antitrust and competition matters
• Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to be admitted)
• Commercial judgment and a collaborative, client-focused approach
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
