An established Washington, D.C. office seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand a multidisciplinary litigation platform spanning intellectual property, antitrust and competition, and technology-sector disputes.

The role sits at the intersection of complex commercial litigation, patent litigation, and antitrust matters, with particular synergy across life sciences, private equity, and technology-driven clients. The practice handles high-stakes disputes, including patent litigation focused on life sciences and technology and antitrust litigation tied to private equity portfolio activity.

The platform is supported by an open compensation system and competitive rates, and offers a collaborative environment with cross-office resources across the United States. The incoming partner will have the autonomy to develop a focused book while leveraging an established institutional base.

• Partner-level attorney with an active practice in litigation, intellectual property, antitrust, or technology disputes
• Demonstrated experience in patent litigation and/or antitrust litigation
• Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (Washington, D.C. preferred)
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
