Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its litigation team in Munich. The role involves handling complex commercial disputes across German and cross‑border matters, advising corporate clients and coordinating multi‑jurisdictional litigation strategies.

The successful candidate will lead cases, supervise junior lawyers, and work closely with other practice groups to provide integrated advice. This is a visible role with opportunities to shape the team and contribute to practice development.

We are looking for a partner with an established, portable litigation practice in Germany and a proven track record of business generation. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualified to practise in Germany (admission to the German bar or equivalent)
Substantial experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution in Germany
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Experience leading teams and mentoring associates
Fluent in German and English
