Leading regional law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its litigation team in Muscat. The role will focus on commercial and civil litigation matters across Omani courts and regional arbitral forums, providing strategic case management and client-facing leadership.

The successful candidate will lead complex disputes, supervise associates, and contribute to business development initiatives for the office. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in the region are expected.

Established litigation partner with substantial experience in commercial and civil disputes
Proven track record of running matters from case inception through resolution, including arbitration experience preferred
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and managing teams
Demonstrable business development ability and a portable practice or client relationships in the region
Licensed to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s) or eligible to be admitted in Oman
