Leading regional law practice is seeking a senior litigation partner to join its Muscat office. The role will lead contentious matters across domestic courts and international arbitration, help develop local litigation capability, and support a busy, cross-border disputes practice.

Ideal candidate will manage and mentor a small team, take responsibility for case strategy and client relationships, and play a visible role in business development to compensate for fluctuations in matter flow. Portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring and grow client work is expected.

Established litigation partner with significant experience in court litigation and international arbitration.
Proven track record of managing complex disputes and supervising junior lawyers.
Demonstrable business development ability or a portable practice; comfortable building client relationships in the region.
Licensed/admitted to practise in a recognized jurisdiction; strong communication skills in English (additional regional languages an advantage).
