Senior lateral partner opportunity in Montreal for lawyers with an established commercial litigation and/or real estate practice. The role suits mid-to-senior partners who can lead matters, mentor teams and help grow a busy practice.

Search welcomes candidates across related areas including financial services, commercial law, private equity, environmental and white‑collar work. A substantial portable practice is welcome but not strictly required — emphasis is on demonstrable technical strength and client service.

Proven partner-level experience with a strong commercial litigation and/or real estate practice
Track record of leading matters, supervising junior lawyers and delivering client service
Business development ability or an established portable practice preferred (book of business helpful but not mandatory)
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team; openness to service-partner roles where relevant
