Partner — Corporate, Finance & Real Estate (Montreal)

Leading international law firm seeks a partner to expand and lead its Montreal corporate practice, with a focus on M&A, banking and capital markets, and real estate transactions. The role is ideal for a rainmaker who can originate and deepen client relationships across corporate and finance matters.

The team is open to lateral hires and team moves; the successful candidate will have access to a full-service platform and cross-border workstreams. This is a growth-focused role with opportunities to build a practice and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $1M–$1.5M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A, finance or real estate transactions
